Magazine I made by trying to copy Original Exactly Third Magazine Cover
| Practice to replicate a magazine cover page as much possible to the original from scratch:
This is the original magazine cover page my teacher provided to the whole class.
This is the design I made while trying to replicate the original. It took me around 3 hours to replicate this detail by detail. The hardest part for me in the designing process was to make the gradient background and separate the text from it. Even after adding drop shadow do the Subject, the text was blending in with the white shirt, so I decided to change the color of the shirt rather than changing the text. This encounter helped me improve my photoshop skills and taught me more about masking and color grading. The other area I struggled in was in trying to find the matching font.

Unlike the above magazine cover, I came up with the design for this cover page myself. The following is much more simple than the above and required much less time. This was made within 25 Minutes as by this time I got to know about several good fonts which would fit in well.
