Research on different Magazine Fonts

The proper use of magazine typography can complete change the overall look and visual appeal of a magazine. If the fonts have been used correctly, no one will even notice. Handwritten/script fonts: These can add a personal touch to the text and are often used for articles which try to add a first person perspective for the readers. For instance an editor's note.

Display fonts: These fonts are usually used for main headings or other large text. Moreover, they are more decorative and unique when compared to rest of the text body.

Monospace fonts: In this, fonts are equally spaced and look a little different from rest of the text body. These are mostly used to highlight some text to show that it is a technical term.

Decorative fonts: These fonts are usually used in main headings with large font size.
