Research on different Magazine Fonts

The proper use of magazine typography can complete change the overall look and visual appeal of a magazine. If the fonts have been used correctly, no one will even notice. On the other hand, if the fonts have not been used correctly, they will look awkward and get noticed by everyone. (images extracted from the internet)
Handwritten/script fonts: These can add a personal touch to the text and are often used for articles which try to add a first person perspective for the readers. For instance an editor's note.

Display fonts: These fonts are usually used for main headings or other large text. Moreover, they are more decorative and unique when compared to rest of the text body.

Monospace fonts: In this, fonts are equally spaced and look a little different from rest of the text body. These are mostly used to highlight some text to show that it is a technical term.

Decorative fonts: These fonts are usually used in main headings with large font size.
